I recomend you get on any of their maintenance programs, I was having problems several times a year with my rentals property, usually a renter not taking care of something basic can cost a lot of money. After starting their program no more problems, well worth the yearly fee. It has been over 3 years with no more problems! Do this for your own peace of mind in your own home, business, or rental.

Showed up on time with 2 trucks and covered the floors. The installed high efficiency furnace and a 16 Seer air conditioner with a electronic air cleaner and UV lite. This system works great. Looks great too. The price was a lot less than many others around. 2 thumbs up for American heating and cooling in Clearfield Utah.

I responded to an ad from another company and they sent out their tech. They came and did a tuneup for 30 bucks and then informed us that we needed a very expensive repair. We called American heating and cooling who came out promptly that same day to give us a second opinion. It turned out that I did not need any expensive repairs. They had a solution that was very reasonable and had our AC up and running that day! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good reliable honest company!
